Wednesday Night Reflection
We had a real strong turnout for youth group tonight. They are so hungry for the move of God in their lives. The majority said they'd walk on water if they were given the opportunity. Of course this would require a supernatural act of God to accomplish this and the willingness to step out of the boat.
God may not want them to walk on water, but He does want to include them in doing what would be impossible in the natural.
Actually, this seems to be the norm through out the scriptures; people willing to do what may seem foolish, but because of childlike faith and obedience, they get to partner with the God of the universe in carrying out His plans and purposes for His glory.
I'm convinced the teens are going to take God at His word and experience life altering and long lasting confidence in God's ability to pull off the impossible.
If they can join together AS ONE and walk forward in the boldness of the Holy Spirit, nothing is going to stop them from turning their world upside down.
Oh yeah, the same goes for us old fogies and whatever boat we are sitting in.

It WAS good, tonight. Excellent word, both at youth and here!
